This policy describes what data is processed when you use softenex.com. The short version: no account is required, we do not collect names, emails or payment data, and the only cookies we set exist to attribute software downloads to the advertising click that led to them.

What we collect

• Standard server logs. IP address, browser user agent and requested pages, kept for security and debugging, as on virtually every website.
• Click-attribution cookies. If your visit arrives from an advertisement, the ad platform's click identifier (such as gclid or msclkid) and the search keyword may be stored in first-party cookies for up to 30 days. They are used for exactly one thing: attributing a later software download to the advertising click that brought you here. They contain no personal information.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, names, emails or phone numbers.
• No payment data - purchases happen entirely on the developer's official checkout page under its own privacy policy.
• No third-party advertising or social-media cookies on this site.

Software downloads and purchases

When you click a download button, you are taken to the official distribution channel for Outbyte software. From that point, the download, installation, trial and any purchase are governed by the developer's own privacy policy and license terms. Softenex receives aggregate conversion information (that a download or purchase attributed to this site occurred), not your personal details.

Cookies

The click-attribution cookies described above are first-party, expire after 30 days at most, and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings. The site remains fully functional without them.
